Beverly Hills 90210 Skate Park

It’s the return of Luke Perry.

The former "90210" pin-up lad will join "Napoleon Dynamite" star Haylie Duff for the coming-of-age (Perry hasn’t come of age yet?) comedy "Dishdogz", set in the world of skateboarding, reports Variety.

Production is currently under way in the Inland Empire at extreme sports camp Point X.

The film also stars Marshall Allman, ‘Everclear’ frontman Art Alexakis and pro skateboarders Tony Alva, Andy MacDonald and Ryan Sheckler.

"Dishdogz" is the story of a ne’er-do-well who finds himself working as a dishwasher with a former skating champ who takes him under his wing.

Written by Steve Sessions, the film is the feature directing debut of Mikey Hilb, who previously helmed documentaries Supershow and Skiing’s Last Stand.

Perry’s most notable film credits include "Buffy, the Vampire Slayer" and "8 Seconds" in which he played Rodeo Rider Lane Frost (Top Film, Poor Returns).
