Samaire Armstrong, best known as Seth’s former flame ‘Anna’ on TV’s "The OC", is hitting the silver screen.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the actress will join Lindsay Lohan in her next (as-yet untitled) pic.
In the film, set to be directed by Donald Petrie, Armstrong will play the best friend of Lohan’s character, who is the luckiest lady around until she meets the unluckiest man. Armstrong’s character is a struggling songwriter whose songwriting comes into play later in the film.
Armstrong, who left "The OC" last season, can currently be seen on TV’s "Entourage", where she plays the loyal assistant to Jeremy Piven’s talent agent character.
