Buffy to play Peter Pan’s kid!

"Buffy" fave Sarah Michelle Gellar was the hot favorite to star in a fourth "Back to the Future"

No doubt envisioning bathing in tubs of green paper, just as her former “Buffy” co-star Alyson Hannigan has been since accepting her ‘funny girl’ gig on TV’s “How I Met your Mother”, Sarah Michelle Gellar is headed to sitcom-ville – – not just any sitcom though, one that marks the TV return of one Robin Williams.

Williams, the legendary Nanoo-er of “Mork & Mindy” (itself a spin-off of “Happy Days”), is gracing the plasma tube again for “Crazy Ones”, a new CBS offering set in the world of advertising.
Gellar, whose last series “Ringer” flopped like a roofbound pancake, will play Williams’ daughter on the series.

“She’s described as pretty, intense, driven, organized and burdened with being practical”, says THR. “Sydney is the creative director and life and soul of the Roberts and Roberts Advertising Agency at the center of the comedy. She wants to be her father but is too busy having to parent him. ”

Aside from Williams, there’s some big-name talent involved in the show : hitmaker David E.Kelley (“The Practice”, “Ally McBeal”) is executive producing and has written the pilot episode.
