“Prison Break” spins off
As if the third season of “Prison Break” wasn’t piss-poor enough – they’re going to drag it on, by way of a spin-off.
“Prison Break : Cherry Hill” will be set at a women’s prison where the action will fix on the character of Molly – who’ll be introduced on “Prison Break” shortly.
The Hollywood Reporter says that after suffering a family tragedy at the hands of the Company — the government conspiracy that framed Michael (Wentworth Miller) and Lincoln (Dominic Purcell) and put them behind bars — Molly seeks them out at the hellish Panamanian prison Sona in her quest to exact vengeance.
In “Cherry Hill,” which would have the same tone as “Prison,” Molly goes to a women’s detention facility fully accepting the life sentence for her acts of revenge until she is contacted by the government with information that some of her loved ones are alive.
If the spin-off doesn’t get picked up, the character of Molly will be kept on “Prison Break”…. and if the actress who plays her complains about her wage or lack of episodes, her head ends up in a box.
