“Sharknado 3” has added Mark Cuban and Ann Coulter to it’s cast. Cuban plays the President, while Coulter plays VP. The telemovie airs on SyFy in July. (The Hollywood Reporter)
Director Peter Berg (“Lone Survivor”), Ronda Rousey (“Entourage”) and Iko Uwais (“The Raid”) are onboard “Mile 22”, an actioner about a CIA field officer (Rousey) and an Indonesian police officer (Uqais) who team up to thwart corruption. The project begins filming mid-May (Variety).
Jamie Dornan (“50 Shades of Grey”) and Cillian Murphy (“Inception”) will star in Sean Ellis’ WWII thriller “Anthropoid”. The film’s title refers to the code-name for the Allied operation to assassinate Heydrich, the head of the SS who was one of the main architects of the Holocaust and was widely considered number three in the Nazi ranks behind Hitler and Himmler.
