… in a new “Peter Pan” flick.
The “G.I Joe” star and “Shattered Glass” helmer Billy Ray are teaming with uber-producer Joe Roth (“Alice in Wonderland”) on a new reimaging of the J.M Barrie classic, titled “Peter Pan Begins”. Assumingly, Tatum plays the green-tighted flyboy.
THR says no plot details are available on the project but what’s interesting is that Roth’s also the chap behind the upcoming “Snow White and the Huntsman” and “Oz the Great and Powerful”; I think it’s safe to say the man’s robbing his kids’ book collections for movie ideas.
“Peter Pan Begins” is being shopped around the studios this week.
