An old “Indiana Jones 4” casting rumour has reared its head yet again. That starts off today’s Clints Bits…

  • Is Calista Flockhart still onboard “Indiana Jones 4” with beau Harrison Ford? NW magazine seems to think so, saying it was the only way Spielberg and Lucas could get Ford on board, if they agreed to give her a role.

  • Revolution Studios has tapped Broadway director Jack O’Brien ["Hairspray"] to helm “Slammer” about an imprisoned female publicist who attempts to spin a positive image of jail by producing an inmate talent show.

  • Massy Tadjedin will write “The Case Study” for Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt’s Warner Bros.-based Plan B production company. The film, based on an original idea developed by Plan B and Tadjedin, is being developed as a potential starring vehicle for Aniston, who’ll also produce.

  • Barry Levinson will next direct “My Italian Story”, a fact-based WWII tale of a Jewish refugee’s quest to find a rabbi to perform his bar mitzvah. Accompanied by his soccer coach, the boy travels covertly through Nazi-occupied Italy in his quest to become a man.

  • Paul Anderson and Jeremy Bolt are next doing a $50 million adaptation of Atari’s best-selling “Driver game”. After that, they’re eying a $25 million big-screen version of Tecmo’s blockbuster “Dead or Alive” fighting game.

  • TV Week reports that Australian actor Vince Colosimo [“Take Away”] has won a guest starring stint on the U.S Drama “Without a Trace”, thanks to god friend Anthony La Paglia.

  • About.com asked Will Ferrell if he’s still doing “Old School 2”. “You know what? There was talk of it. Then I haven’t heard about it for the longest time, so I don’t know if it kind of derailed or not”.

  • Griswald spin-off "Cousin Eddie’s Christmas Vacation Lost" will now be called “Christmas Vacation 2-Cousin Eddie’s Island Adventure”, reports FletchWon.net

  • E Online reports a rumour that Rob Lowe’s new show “The Lyon’s Den” will be canned shortly.

  • Avary.com reports that a two-disc special edition DVD of “Killing Zoe” is coming to France. It’ll include a brand new 80 minute documentary.

  • Mike Mitchell will direct "The Fraud Prince”, about a young lady-in-waiting who tries to uncover the truth about a princess’ mysterious suitor with the help of the kingdom’s first private eye.

  • Clifton Collins Jr. has joined Eion Bailey and Ellen Pompeo in the indie dramedy "Glory Days" centers on an engaging alcoholic (Bailey) who finds himself spending a weekend with his estranged wife (Pompeo) and his best friend (Collins) as they attempt an intervention.
