Netflix has acquired a high-profile film package from Paramount that sees Bradley Cooper starring in, producing and directing a film about American composer, conductor and author Leonard Bernstein.
The pic, which Cooper co-scripted with Josh Singer, will fix largely on the artist and activist’s complex marriage to Felicia Montealegre.
In addition to the “Star is Born” alum, the project boasts an incredible line-up of behind-the-scenes talent too : Martin Scorsese, Steven Spielberg and Todd Phillips (Cooper’s producing partner) are among those producing the film.
