Daniel Day-Lewis and Paul Thomas Anderson may be set to reunite for a film set “in the world of fashion,” reports Variety.
A deal hasn’t yet been done, but apparently Day-Lewis is in talks and has been loosely attached to the project for some time.
Anderson is working on the script which is set in 1950s New York. He’s also meeting young actresses of Eastern European descent to cast in supporting roles.
Anderson and Day-Lewis last worked together on “There Will Be Blood”.
Megan Ellison’s Annapurna Pictures is producing.
