Doc Brown pouring beers at Roadhouse?

Nope, not that Doc Brown – we’re talking about the guy whose hair doesn’t look like it originated from an electricity socket.

The always-good and criminally-underrated Treat Williams [TV’s "Everwood"] is in talks to join Johnathon Schaech for the hugely anticipated (hey! who laughed?!) sequel, "Roadhouse 2 : Last Call".

Williams would play Nate Tanner, the brother of Dalton, the character played by Patrick Swayze in the original, in the MGM sequel.

In the film, Tanner’s having trouble with local "gangster" Wild Bill, who are trying to force Nate into sell his place so he can use it for drug trafficking. It gets a little out-of-control, when Nate is left for dead and his bar is left in the uncapable hands of his foe. Enter, nephew Shane, who inherits the bar and decides it’s time to ‘take out the garbage’.

Williams is a bit of a go-to guy for action sequels. He took over from Tom Berenger in the sequel to "The Substitute" and reprised the role of lethal school-teacher Karl Thomasson for a further two films.
