Emma Roberts set for TV’s Delirium

Emma Roberts will star in the new Fox TV drama “Delirium”, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The “Scream 4” actress will play lead Lena Holoway in the Karyn Usher-written pilot, adapted from Lauren Oliver’s best-selling literary trilogy.

“Delirium” is about “a world where love is deemed illegal and is able to be eradicated with a special procedure. With 95 days to go until her scheduled treatment, Lena Holoway does the unthinkable: She falls in love.”

Roberts, whose previous TV gig was leading Nickelodeon’s “Unfabulous”, recently completed work on the film “We’re the Millers”, starring Jennifer Aniston.
