Well, this is different.
Collider has unveiled a first look at the costumes the titular gang will get about in in “Fantastic Four”. The superhero piece – which has been the subject of a bit of boo and hiss lately – will see the gang ditch their traditional blue jumpsuits in favour of something more… “Pacific Rim”.
Director Josh Trank tells the site he’s gone for “a hard sci-fi take” that will “fall in line more with a Cronenberg-ian science fiction tale of something horrible happening to your body and [it] transforming out of control”.
The August 7 release stars Michael B.Jordan, Miles Teller, Kate Mara, Toby Kebbell, Reg E. Cathey, Tim Blake Nelson and Jamie Bell. Guessing Stan Lee makes an appearance in there somewhere too.
