We got our first look at Borat, Bruno Sacha Baron Cohen in character for his upcoming film “The Dictator” back in June, and now the teaser trailer for the film has been released.
Hitting theaters on May 11, 2012 (a day earlier on the 10 in Australia), Cohen plays a dictator who risked his life to ensure that democracy would never come to the country he so lovingly oppressed.
Anna Faris, Ben Kingsley, J.B. Smoove, and John C. Reilly also star in the film which is directed by Larry Charles (“Brüno”, “Borat”).
Given Cohen’s previous films like the ones mentioned above, a red-band trailer should be released sometime down the line. Check out the trailer below:
