Fox’s Flat Stanley fattens up behind-the-scenes crew

20th Century Fox has hired Chad Damiani and J.P. Lavin to rewrite “Flat Stanley”, the studio’s live-action take on the kiddies book of the same name.

Josh Greenbaum, director of golf doco (yep, perfect fit for a Fox ballsup!) “The Short Game”, has been tapped to direct.

First published in 1964, “Flat Stanley” revolves around the boy protagonist Stanley Lambchop, who is able to go many unlikely places after being accidentally flattened.

Adam F. Goldberg and Chris Bishop wrote the previous draft of the script.
