Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (“Game of Thrones”) will star in prison thriller “Shot Caller”.
Relativity is in final negotiations to acquire the US rights to the film from writer/director Ric Roman Waugh.
“Shot Caller” follows a gangster who is recently released from prison and forced to orchestrate a major crime on the streets of Southern California.
Waugh went undercover as a parole agent in California to research prison gangs for the film.
Production will kick off on May 26 in New Mexico.
