“Suicide Squad” director David Ayer is ostensibly hinting at who will be ‘the big bad’ of Harley Quinn-centric spin-off “Gotham City Sirens” – and fortunately, it’s not the screenwriter charged with nutting the thing out on A4 over a latrine session.
Ayer, helmer of the ‘Academy Award Winning Film’ “Suicide Squad”, is back at the controls for the new “Batman”-related project, a flick that unites the hot female baddies of the brand – led by Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn. Today he posted an image on of the villain ‘Black Mask’, seemingly suggesting he’ll be the Gotham City Sirens’ main antagonist in the piece.
Geneva Robertson-Dworet is penning the script for the film.
