“House of Cards” actress Kate Lyn Sheil is set to join Guy Pearce, Kristen Stewart and Nicholas Hoult in “Equals”.
The sci-fi pic will be directed by “Like Crazy” helmer Drake Doremus from a script by Nathan Parker.
The story is set in a world of no greed, no poverty, no violence and no emotion, the likes of which are threatened when a new disease breaks out.
Ridley Scott is producing with Michael Schaefer, Ann Ruark, Jay Stern and Route One’s Chip Diggins. Route One will also finance.
Mike Pruss, Lee Jea Woo, Choi Pyung Ho and Russell Levine will exec produce.
