Isla Fisher will join Jake Gyllenhaal, Amy Adams, Michael Shannon, Kim Basinger, Armie Hammer and Aaron Taylor Johnson in writer/director Tom Ford’s “Nocturnal Animals”.
Based on the Austin Wright novel “Tony And Susan”, the film centres on “Susan Morrow (Adams), who, out of the blue, receives a package containing the manuscript of her ex-husband’s first novel. As she reads, she is drawn into the fictional life of Tony Hastings (Gyllenhaal). As his ordinary life is violently set off course, Susan is forced to confront her own past” (via Deadline).
Fisher will play Tony’s wife Laura Hastings.
