One half of the Jay & Silent Bob team has put together a pretty package for a film he’s starring in, directing and co-wrote.
Jason ‘Jay’ Mewes has the dark comedy “Madness in the Method” underway, adding Gina Carano to the cast this week.
The MMA fighter turned actress joins a movie described as a “meta movie”, is a dark comedy that tells of an actor named Jason Mewes attempting to reinvent himself in Hollywood.
Carano, whose credits include “Haywire” and “Fast & Furious 6”, plays Mewes’ wife in the film.
Shooting is underway on the project in L.A and Derby, U.K.
