Caffeinated Clint
In a major casting coup, Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk have signed Jessica Lange to star in their new FX drama pilot “American Horror Story”.
Lange, whose many credits include “Tootsie”, “The Postman Always Rings Twice” and “King Kong”, joins Connie Britton and Denis O’Hare in the buzzworthy offering.
Though the plot is being kept under wraps, Deadline says ”a breakdown for the pilot listed two main characters: Ben Harmon, a sensitive therapist, and Vivien Harmon (Britton), his gorgeous wife who is a force to be reckoned with. Lange will play their nosy neighbor. Murphy and Falchuk are now rewriting the script to expand the role for Lange, turning it into a full-fledged third lead.”
Great to have Lange back on our screens – and potentially full time.
