Johnny Depp has boarded Good Films’ thriller “Labyrinth”.
In the film, Depp will play Russell Poole, the late LA detective who investigated the unsolved assassinations of hip-hop icons Tupac Shakur and Biggie Smalls.
While he encountered endless dead ends, Poole’s dogged legwork uncovered corruption in the LAPD that rocked the institution to its core, reports Screen Daily.
Brad Furman will direct “Labyrinth” from Christian Contreras’ screenplay, based on Randall Sullivan’s book of the same name. Miriam Segal will produce.
