Jonathon Schaech boards Takashi Shimizu’s 7500

Dual hat-donner Jonathon Schaech (“Prom Night”, “That Thing You Do!”), who these days spends as much time acting as he does writing and producing (Among his credits, the “Roadhouse” sequel, which he also starred in), is going first-class again.

The horror vet has booked a seat on “7500”, CBS Films’ new spookfest about a cabin-full of airline passengers who encounter a supernatural force mid-flight.

Schaech, whose other genre credits include the “Prom Night” remake, “Chromeskull : Laid to Rest 2” and “Quarantine”, portrays a commercial airline pilot who starts seeing things beyond reality, according to Variety.

Ryan Kwanten, Amy Smart and Leslie Bibb headline the Takashi Shimizu (“The Grudge”) directed flick.
