The cast of New Line’s “Collateral Beauty” is coming together with Kate Winslet in negotiations to star.
Should the deal come off, Winslet would join Will Smith, Helen Mirren, Edward Norton, Keira Knightley, Michael Pena and Naomie Harris in the movie.
David Frankel is directing the film which follows a New York advertising exec (Smith) who experiences a deep personal tragedy. His colleagues devise an unconventional plan to break him out of his depression, which works – but not in a way that anyone imagined.
