Thankfully this is the net, and not radio or TV, otherwise you’d see the beer stubby in one hand, or, as in the case of radio, hear me crushing the empties with my head. Alas, the post-Xmas update begins…
BigFanBoy.com talked to Michael Keaton about his latest pic "White Noise" and touched on Timmy Burton. Surprisingly, the one-time Batman says he’s keen to play ‘The Ghost with the Most’ again.
"I wanna do another BEETLEJUICE", he tells the site. "I think there’s room to do it, cause there’s nothing like it, and there never will be anything like it. But you kind of don’t want to mess it up, and the only way to do it is with Tim involved. He doesn’t want to direct it. So I talked to him and said "Where do you have time in your life to produce it, and let’s find a guy to direct it and write it." I don’t how he’s gonna do that, or how I’m gonna do it. I’d just make the time to do it. But I’d like to do it. He’s original and an artist, and you really can’t say that about too many people".
The site also passed on Thomas Jane’s comments to Keaton about him being the perfect foe for "The Punisher 2", but the oddly eye-browed chap says he hasn’t heard anything about that.
