Keeping up the Wilson's

The incessantly busy Wilson boys have got new gigs.

Slightly more bankable brother Owen ["Starsky and Hutch", "Wedding Crashers"] is in talks to headline the long-planned remake of "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty".

The remake of the 1947 Danny Kaye classic is being helmed by Mark Waters for Paramount Pictures.

Wilson would star as the title character, a quintessential daydreamer whose vivid imagination allows him to escape from the mundane constraints of his ordinary life.

Richard LaGravenese wrote the screenplay, which will not be based on the original movie but rather hew closer to the spirit and content of the original source material, the 1939 James Thurber story.

Meantime, Owen’s brother Luke ["Legally Blonde"] is all set for "Super Ex", a new comedy that’ll team him with spunkrat Uma Thurman.

The film, from director Ivan Reitman, tells of a superhero (Thurman) who uses her powers to get revenge on the guy (Wilson) that dumped her.
