Ken Jeong will join David Hasselhoff and Hulk Hogan in WWE Studios’ comedy which currently goes by the working title “Untitled Celebrity Death Pool”.
Hyde Park Entertainment and Image Nation Abu Dhabi will co-produced the film with WWE. Darren Grant is helming from a Peter Hoare spec script.
Jeong will star as a struggling nightclub owner with a large debt from a loan shark who sets out to win his long-running celebrity death pool by attempting to kill David Hasselhoff.
Both Hasselhoff and Hogan will have cameo roles in the film. It is expected more stars will also make appearances, most likely as more celebs who’re being hunted down.
The film is likely to be released in 2015.
