The National Board of Review has named “Mad Max: Fury Road” the best film of 2015.
Ridley Scott won Best Director and Matt Damon won the Best Actor award, both for “The Martian”, while Brie Larson nabbed Best Actress for “Room”.
“Creed’s” Sylvester Stallone and “The Hateful Eight’s” Jennifer Jason Leigh picked up the Best Supporting Actor and Actress gongs, respectively, while the script for Quentin Taraninto’s “The Hateful Eight” won Best Original Screenplay.
