“Omen” star joins Miguel Sapochnik’s “Repossesion Mambo”
Wow, finally something other than to report than ‘Writers and Studios Resume Talks’ (I tell ya, I’m about a week away from mixing this puppy up and making Moviehole a porn site – sure to be news about the rough stuff, right? I mean, they surely don’t have writers, do they?!) – Naomi Watts’ hubby has found another job… and thus baby Schreib-Watts can afford to keep drinking that gold-standard formula for another couple of months.
Live Schreiber, whose Christian name is always changed to ‘Live’ by my spellcheck when typing up these news items in Microsoft Word, will join Forest Whitaker and Jude Law in the futuristic number, “Repossession Mambo”, says Variety.
Schreiber – funny that he’s gone on to be the most in-demand of the “Scream” cast isn’t it? Especially since his role in the films was much smaller than say David Arquette’s or Neve Campbell’s – has been cast as Law’s boss at a futuristic credit union dealing in artificial organs. When Law’s character receives an artificial organ, he goes on the lam, joining his ex-wife, who owes money for her own artificial organs. Miguel Sapochnik is directing the pic.
Sometime or another – whenever they find studio space for it – Schreiber will also be donning “Wolverine” with Hugh Jackman.
