Nanoo Nanoo! Robin Williams to return to TV!

Thirty years after first giving our funny bones a workout on “Mork & Mindy”, Oscar Winning superstar Robin Williams is eying a return to TV.

Williams has joined forces with “Ally McBeal” and “Chicago Hope” creator David E.Kelley to do a single-camera comedy pilot that looks set to go at CBS.

Deadline, who had the scoop, says the sitcom will feature Williams as a successful advertising exec who works alongside his daughter.

Kelley has written the pilot, which will be produced by 20th Century Fox Television.

Film-wise, Williams has been as busy as ever with no less than four films of his due out over the next twelve months or so, including “The Angriest Man in Brooklyn”, “Look of Love”, “The Big Wedding” and “The Butler”, the all-star ensemble drama in which Williams plays President Eisenhower.
