The long-rumoured “Gilmore Girls” revival is a go.
Netflix has commissioned four 90-minute movies, said to serve as somewhat of a finale of the long-running CW drama. The movies will be set over the course of a calendar year, says Deadline.
Original stars Lauren Graham, Alexis Bledel, Scott Patterson and Kelly Bishop will return, with Sean Gunn and Keiko Agena also set for reappearances.
Amy Sherman-Palladino is the creator and EP. Daniel Palladino is also an EP. They are writing and directing the series.
