New York Comic Con is currently underway, and with it comes a bunch of new trailers for a number of upcoming projects. Check them out below:
The teaser for Lionsgate’s “Power Rangers” movie has been released ahead of its NYCC panel. SABAN’S POWER RANGERS follows five ordinary teens who must become something extraordinary when they learn that their small town of Angel Grove — and the world — is on the verge of being obliterated by an alien threat. Chosen by destiny, our heroes quickly discover they are the only ones who can save the planet. But to do so, they will have to overcome their real-life issues and before it’s too late, band together as the Power Rangers.
The season 7 premiere of “The Walking Dead” is coming up on Sunday, October 23 at 9/8c. The show stars Andrew Lincoln (Rick Grimes), Steven Yeun (Glenn), Christian Serratos (Rosita), Norman Reedus (Daryl Dixon), Danai Gurira (Michonne), Michael Cudlitz (Abraham), Lauren Cohan (Maggie), Sonequa Martin-Green (Sasha), Ross Marquand (Aaron), Chandler Riggs (Carl), Josh McDermitt (Eugene), Tom Payne (Jesus), Khary Payton (Ezekiel) and Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Negan). Scott M. Gimple is showrunner and executive producer along with series creator Robert Kirkman, Gale Anne Hurd, Dave Alpert, and Greg Nicotero.
“Marvel’s Iron Fist” stars Finn Jones (Danny Rand), Jessica Henwick (Colleen Wing), Jessica Stroup (Joy Meachum), Tom Pelphrey (Ward Meachum), David Wenham (Harold Meachum) and Rosario Dawson (Claire Temple) appeared at their first NYCC with showrunner/exec producer Scott Buck to debut the new teaser trailer. “Marvel’s Iron Fist” premieres March 17, 2017 exclusively on Netflix.
Netflix revealed the trailer and release date for “Trollhunters” at NYCC. Premiering on December 23, “Trollhunters” is an epic saga from master storyteller Guillermo del Toro featuring a group of friends who discover a fantastical new world wrapped beneath their home town and who will face a battle between good and bad trolls.
