Every good heist movie needs a heistee, and today “Ocean’s Eight” has found it’s villain in “Homeland” alum Damian Lewis.
Lewis joins the titular eight in Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Rihanna, Helena Bonham Carter, Mindy Kaling, Awkwafina, and Sarah Paulson.
In the film, Bullock’s character and her right-hand woman (Blanchett) form a team of thieves to steal a necklace from the Met Ball in order to frame a villainous gallery owner (played by Lewis).
According to Variety, Lewis’ character is not only the target of the heist, but also the ex-lover of Bullock’s character.
