On the same day that Mark Frost’s “The Secret History of Twin Peaks” book is released, Showtime release a new (well, not entirely new, it’s apparently the one that the media caught earlier this year at the TCA’s) behind-the-scenes promo for the new “Twin Peaks”. And no, it’s hardly a coincidence. Marketing brilliance.
The new teaser features original faves like Miguel Ferrer, Kyle MacLachlan, Harry Goaz, Kimmy Robertson, Dana Ashbrook, and James Marshall, as well as newbies Amy Shiels, Jim Belushi, Robert Knepper, and Chrysta Bell.
The new [the third] season of “Twin Peaks” airs on Showtime in 2017.
