“Pitch Perfect 2” has got itself a mum in Katey Sagal.
The “Sons of Anarchy” actress has boarded the Elizabeth Banks directed pic which is will see Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson and Brittany Snow return to star. Sagal will play the mother of Hailee Steinfeld’s character.
“Pitch Perfect” scribe Kay Cannon is writing the script for the second instalment however plot details are not yet known.
Banks will produce with Max Handelman for their Brownstone Productions alongside Gold Circle Films’ Paul Brooks. Gold Circle’s Scott Niemeyer will exec produce while Cannon and Jeff Levine co-produce.
“Pitch Perfect 2” will hit cinemas on May 15, 2015.
