‘The Blur’ comes face to face with, er, ‘The Bald’ (?) in the upcoming series finale of “Smallville”. Yup, Michael Rosenbaum’s back as the hairless horror – – re-entering Clark’s (Tom Welling) life just as he’s about to sprout wings… or a cape.
