Check out this preview of “Lost River”, the directorial debut of Ryan Gosling which stars Christina Hendricks, Saoirse Ronan, Iain De Caestecker, Matt Smith, Reda Kateb, Barbara Steele, Eva Mendes and Ben Mendelsohn.
Gosling penned the dark script set in the virtually abandoned city of Lost River. Billy (Hendricks), a single mother of two, is led into a macabre underworld in her quest to save her childhood home and hold her family together. Her teenage son Bones (De Casestecker) discovers a mystery about the origins of Lost River that triggers his curiosity and sets into motion an unexpected journey that will test his limits and the limits of those he loves.
Marc Platt, Gosling, Adam Siegel, Michael Litvak and David Lancaster produced with Gary Michael Walters and Jeffrey Stott exec producing.
The film releases in theatres in New York and Los Angeles on April 10. It also gets a digital US release on the same date.
