“Brotherhoood” star Jason Clarke has joined the cast of John Hillcoat’s “The Wettest County in the World“. The film, written by Nick Cave and starring Shia LaBeouf, Tom Hardy and [possibly] Mia Wasikowska, will shoot later this year. [Variety]

Newcomer Thomas McDonnell (“Prom”) has been cast in the lead role in the film adaptation of “The Spectacular Now“. Scott Neustadter and Michael Weber, of “(500) Days of Summer” fame wrote the script so expect something fairly decent. [Variety]
