If it comes together, Zac Efron and Robert De Niro will soon share the screen in a new movie that’ll see them play grandson and grandpa.
In the road trip comedy “Dirty Grandpa”, “Efron will play a young man who is tricked into driving his grandfather (De Niro), a perverted former Army general who thinks his grandson is about to marry the wrong woman, to Florida for spring break”, says THR.
Dan Mazer (“I Give it a Year”) directs.
The project was originally set up at Universal but is now being packaged and pimped by QED.
