Robin Williams may not have completed one of his final films

Of the four films Robin Williams completed shortly before his death, “Absolutely Anything” is the one that likely would’ve required less of him. The comedy, which stars Simon Pegg, had Williams voicing the role of Pegg’s on-screen pooch Dennis.

Speaking to The Telegraph, Simon Pegg says he doesn’t know whether Robin Williams had actually completed his work on “Absolutely Anything”.

“I’m not sure Robin had completed doing his voice in the movie. He was doing the voice of my dog and I hope that he had completed it because it would be a real shame not to have him in it. And of course there will be a degree of sadness there, but the work he did do would have been done with his usual verve and brilliance,” said Pegg.

Lionsgate wouldn’t comment on Pegg’s claims. Chances are they might be forced to have someone come in and revoice the character if there’s still a bit left?
