“Red White and Blue” director Simon Rumley, is set to helm the paranormal-themed project ”The Last Word”, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Actor Peter Facinelli (“Twilight”) serves as one of the producers on the project, which is based on the true story of “the strange and tragic aftermath endured by the participants in the trial of a young man in Texas who was wrongly convicted and executed for the rape and murder of a nun”, according to the trade.
Ben Ketai wrote the script.
