Schwarzenegger wanted for new Terminator, Predator, Running Man flicks

Of the 15 films Arnold Schwarzenegger’s rumoured to be making his acting comeback in (including this one, this one and this one), the one below would seem the most intriguing.

According to TheArnoldFans, Schwarzenegger announced over the weekend – at the Arnold Classic (they tried New Arnold but folks didn’t like the taste as much) – that he’s going to be announcing soon a big ‘comic book movie’ that he’s developing for himself.

As fans of “Batman & Robin” will no doubt agree, ’bout time!

Oh, and the Oak also mentioned he’s been offered ‘remakes’ (though I’m sure he means ‘sequels’) to some of his past classics, like “Predator” and “The Running Man”.

“Well, first of all it’s more 15 films, obvious ones from The Terminator to remakes of Predator and The Running Man and all of those things. Then also a lot of original stuff too. But I am also packaging a Comic Book character right now. I’m going to announce that sometime by the end of March or the beginning of April.”

No surprise to hear that Arnold’s being courted to do the new “Terminator” (as What’s Playing reported a month or so back) nor is it a jaw-dropper to hear they want him for the next “Predator” (after all, they wanted him for the last one – “Predators”) but a comic book movie? Hmm.. what could that be? “Sgt. Rock”, maybe? Any other guesses?
