Second Teresa Palmer item of the day : She likes Warm Bodies!

Earlier today we mentioned that the lovely Teresa Palmer (“Bedtime Stories”, “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice”) is said to be testing for the role of ‘O’, the role Jennifer Lawrence was once penciled in to play, in Oliver Stone’s “Savages”.

Now we’ve word from The Hollywood Reporter that Palmer’s signed up Jonathan Levine’s upcoming zombie movie “Warm Bodies”.

Directed by Jonathan Levine (he of the criminally underrated “All the Boys Love Mandy Lane”), “Bodies” is set to be a mesh of “Twilight” and “Shaun of the Dead” and follows an “existentially tormented zombie named R that begins an unlikely friendship with the human girlfriend (Palmer) of one of his victims. The blossoming relationship starts a chain reaction that will transform him, his fellow zombies and maybe the whole lifeless world.”

Nicholas Hoult, who, like Palmer, was attached to star in “Mad Max Fury Road” at one stage, will play the male lead.

Palmer’s playing the kid of one of the humans’ military leaders who is tiring of a life of constantly fighting off zombie attacks.

The actress most recently appeared in “Take Me Home Tonight” (which looks like fun) and “I Am Number Four” (which I’m yet to see).
