Teri Hatcher will return to Metropolis, if even fleetingly, to play Lois Lane’s mother in an upcoming episode of “Smallville”, says Michael Ausiello.
Hatcher, who played Lois on the ’90s fave “Lois & Clark : The New Adventures of Superman”, will play the late Ella Stone. She will appear in old video footage that her super-sleuthy daughter (Erica Durance) stumbles upon.
Hatcher, these days riding the wave of success due to her role on “Desperate Housewives”, did four seasons of “Lois & Clark”.
