From one comedy about a trio of ridiculous misfits to another, Leslie Mann has been tapped to star in DreamWorks’ “Las Madres”.
The comedy centres on a group of three friends who unexpectedly find themselves unemployed. They decide to overcome their financial difficulties by hunting down a criminal who has a hefty reward on his shoulders.
The script is currently being penned by Pam Brady and was originally pitched by Lona Williams.
Scott Stuber is attached to produce.
