Tina Fey to co-star in Muppets sequel

Tina Fey is in talks to co-star in the sequel to “The Muppets”, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The film, which James Bobin is directing for a 2014 release, has already secured the services of Fey’s “Invention of Lying” co-star Ricky Gervais.

The London-set movie is said to be a ‘Caper’ in the vein of that classic “The Great Muppet Caper”. Among the other actors said to be making appearances in the film, “Modern Family” star Ty Burrell, who is playing an Interpol Inspector.

Fey’s next is “Admission” co-starring Paul Rudd.
