The first trailer for Ron Howard’s drama “In the Heart of the Sea” has bowed.
Chris Hemsworth stars in the pic that is based on Nathaniel Philbrick’s book which tells the real-life story behind Herman Melville’s “Moby Dick”.
Set in 1819, Hemsworth stars as the first mate of the Essex, a ship struck by a gigantic bull sperm whale leaving its crew shipwrecked and stranded for 90 days. After the attack, the sailors make it to South America and are forced to resort to cannibalism to survive.
Brendan Gleeson, Benjamin Walker, Tom Holland and Cillian Murphy also star in the film which will bow on March 13, 2015.
