Luke Davies penned the script about the real life friendship between actor James Dean (DeHaan) and photojournalist Dennis Stock (Pattinson) as Dean became famous upon the release of 1955’s “East of Eden”.
Co-stars include Ben Kingsley as Warner Bros. studio head Jack L. Warner, Joel Edgerton plays Magnum’s photography editor John G. Morris, and Alessandra Mastronardi is Italian actress Pier Angeli.
