Check out the first trailer for “Mother’s Day”, starring Julia Roberts, Jennifer Aniston, Kate Hudson, Timothy Olyphant, Sarah Chalke, Jon Lovitz and Britt Robertson.
The film, out April 29th, follows in the footsteps of other traditional Garry Marshall ensemble rom-coms like Valentine’s Day (in which Roberts also starred) and New Year’s Eve. Mother’s Day weaves together multiple storylines with Roberts playing Miranda, a television host; Aniston portrays Sandy, a recent divorcée looking for love; and Hudson is Jesse, a mom who seeks to strengthen her relationship with her own mother. Motherhood of many forms is celebrated in the new footage, including Jason Sudeikis as a Mr. Mom-type who connects with Sandy.
