With Walt Disney Pictures and Lucasfilm set to premiere the new “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” trailer during NBC’s coverage of the Rio Olympics this Thursday, they’ve released a trailer tease to get you in the mood.
Starring Felicity Jones, Mads Mikklesen, Diego Luna, Donnie Yen, Jiang Wen, Alan Tudyk, Riz Ahmed, Forest Whitaker and Ben Mendelsohn, “Rogue One” follows a group of resistance fighters who have united to steal plans to the dreaded Death Star.
The film is directed by Gareth Edwards and will be released on December 16.
