Vampire show “The Strain” is back for a second season this summer and now we’ve got a new trailer and poster to keep fans intrigued.
The second season is said to see the war between humans and vampires heat up as The Master continues to follow through on his evil plans. Meanwhile, Ephraim Goodweather and Nora Martinez from the Center for Disease Control look desperately for a cure for the virus, which has spread throughout the US.
Guillermo del Toro and Chuck Hogan developed the show from their series of novels. Carlton Cuse is showrunner and exe producer.
Corey Stoll, David Bradley, Mía Maestro, Kevin Durand, Jonathan Hyde and Richard Sammel star in the 13-ep second season.
